I used to give out my email on this site but I soon became the target of spam beyond belief. I learned about spam the hard way. It took forever to wade through all of the emails and sort the good ones from the spam ones.

I am working to implement some sort of "help center" or "ticket center" that I have seen on other sites and it should be complete soon. Until then your best bet is to directly contact the product manufacturers if you have any questions about any specific method that they offer. I wish I could be of more service.
